How to use Remote Support
The ACS Remote Support Module allows for us to quickly and easily access your system remotely for small issues and problems requiring an immediate fix. Your computer will be accessible to us just as if we were in front of it at your location. It is secure and designed in such a way that you must explicitly request the connection every time. Therefore, it is impossible for us to access your system on our own. Setup is quick and easy and requires only a few mouse clicks.
A working internet connection is required.
To get started, click "Remote Support" on the left, then click "Connect Now!"

Click "Run" once. It is circled in the above example. It will not be circled on your screen.

Double click on the circled area. It is circled in the above example. It will not be circled on your screen.

At this point an ACS technician will be connected to your system and your desktop will be visible to them. Communication between you and us will be done via telephone or the software's built-in chat system.
